FormReady
Last updated: April 2026
This page describes how FormReady treats privacy in plain language. It applies to the app distributed on Apple’s App Store. Apple’s own policies and system disclosures also apply when you download, update, or use iOS and iPadOS features.
According to the app’s App Privacy details on the App Store, no data is collected from the app for the categories Apple lists there. Practices can still vary with iOS version, device settings, or future app updates—check the store listing for the latest label.
FormReady is designed around your documents and workflow on device. There are no third-party analytics, advertising identifiers, or account sign-in described in the current store disclosure.
Forms, PDFs, images, annotations, and signatures you add are handled as your files. They remain under your control on the device (and in any locations you choose to save or export to, such as iCloud Drive or Files). The app does not need to upload that content to provide the features described on the store page.
Apple processes information when you use the App Store, sign in with an Apple ID, make purchases, or use system services. That processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not by this summary.
FormReady is rated 4+. Parents and guardians can use Screen Time, Family Sharing, and App Store controls to manage installs and purchases.
This summary may be revised so it stays accurate. When it is updated, the last updated date at the top will change. If the app’s behavior or App Privacy label changes, the authoritative source is always the current listing on the App Store.
For privacy questions specific to the product, use the support or report options available on the app’s App Store page (for example, the developer contact or “App Support” entry Apple provides for that listing).
